I'm so infatuated with MY GOLD MASK after seeing them perform at Sheena Beaston + The Culture of Me's CMJ Showcase party the other night. They discovered a piece of gold. The wailing of Allison Goldfrapp (you know, when you think she'll explode!) and the rawness of a 'girl with drum' like The White Stripes create a high energy performance on stage and record. We've got some great videos from the show to share, but for now check out their cover of BETTE DAVIS EYES originally by my favorite Kim Carnes.
