Roisin Murphy: XOXO Mag Interview (New Music, Creativity, Style & much more!)

Róisín Murphy recently completed a gorgeous photo shoot for XOXO Magazine (you can see some of the shots here) and they have also treated us to a ten minute interview with the star in conjunction with Diary Of Mu!

In the first half of this incredible interview, she discusses her views on women, style, creativity and Istanbul (where she was interviewed) In the second half comes the most exciting news I’ve heard in a while, she reveals that she is writing music and she is ready to release an album! She discusses working on Overpowered and how her new stuff is coming from a deeper place.

We’ve loved all the recent collaborations and solo tracks she has unleashed in the last few years, and are thrilled that at long last more material will hopefully soon be with us!
