Chew Fu: Purple Rain (Prince Cover) from ‘Chew Fu and..Volume 1′

One of the most talented remixer/producers in the electro-hop genre just so happens to be one of our favorites – Chew Fu.

He’s remixed more artists than you can possibly count, crossing all genres. His remix-ography includes Marilyn Manson, Gossip, I Blame Coco, Keri Hilson, Robyn, Kelis, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Rihanna…and the list goes on! The mixes never disappoint!

Chew is releasing a series of EP’s, the first of which – Chew Fu and..Volume 1 gets it’s official release on May 12th. The lead track is a cover of Prince classic Purple Rain, and features Steve Clisby on vocals. Album artwork by Ms. Fitz. Listen below and leave your thoughts in the comments! - Matt
