We haven’t seen Bjork on television in ages, and it’s long overdue. The Icelandic beauty threw on her fire-hive wig to perform Cosmogony backed by a choir on Comedy Central’s Colbert Report.  What at first seemed like an odd pairing of tastes, makes perfect sense when you watch.

She spoke with Colbert about the app, her new musical direction and confirmed that elves do in fact…exist. Biophilia focuses on the merge of nature, science and technology – not to mention bone-chilling, tightly orchestrated tracks. We’re in love.
