Wow, it’s not often a remix comes along like this one - Solomun reworks Lana Del Rey‘s breathy ‘West Coast’ into a burning jam. Those synths half way in – love.
While we wait for Ultraviolence, the new Lana Del Rey album to drop here’s an unreleased demo called “Meet Me In The Pale Moonlight” from the pre-Lana years.
Whether she means to or not, Lana Del Rey sure keeps her fans happy. It seems every week there’s a new demo leak, and who could complain about that?
The latest leak, the sultry “Behind Closed Doors” is available below thanks to our reader Actarus who uploaded it to his Soundcloud. Listen below.

I’m kinda in love with this freshly leaked Lana Del Rey demo, “Queen of Disaster.” Despite the lyrical content, it’s an upbeat sixties-style number that strays away from the melancholy sound we’ve been accustomed to from Lana!
Apparently, this track was recorded back in 2011 and produced by Chris Braide, who also did “Million Dollar Man.”
Lana Del Rey has delivered a Valentine’s Day treat for us in the form of the video for ‘Burning Desire‘. The track is found on the excellent Born To Die: Paradise Edition.

Brooklyn based duo Chordashian‘s latest outing brings two of my favorite things together – house music and Lana Del Rey. Best of all, it’s available as a free mp3 download. This one features bits and pieces of Lana’s ‘Summertime Sadness’ woven within an uplifting modern house throwback beat. Really fantastic work!

Our pal Monsieur Adi has just revealed his official mix of Lana Del Rey‘s ‘Summertime Sadness,’ and its undoubtedly a winner! Adi never does things by halves, and this is no exception. It’s an energetic dance mix that also keeps some fabulous orchestral elements.

shut up, come on, sing my song and let’s go back to the basics…
It’s quite possible that Lana Del Rey has some of the highest quality unreleased demo’s of any pop artist out right now. Back To The Basics has a retro Amy Winehouse feel to it, and it’s so damn infectious. Quite the shame it wasn’t released on the Paradise edition of Born To Die.

A couple of nights ago Lana Del Rey stopped by Jools Holland to give a rather questionable performance of her latest single ‘Ride’. She gets an ok start but things take a turn for the worst around the 3.30 mark. I guess everyone has their off days, I still love the song though!
