The Hood Internet have a knack for delivering mash-ups that really hit the spot, and their latest offering ‘So Many Climaxes‘ does that in the very best way! They’ve expertly laid Usher‘s ‘Climax‘ vocals over Toro Y Moi‘s ‘So Many Details‘ and produced a perfect mix that fits together so well it sounds like could have been an original track.
Toro Y Moi‘s ‘Say That’ has been given the remix treatment by DāM-FunK. While the mix isn’t a huge departure from the brilliant original, I’m loving the subtle additions to one of my favorites on the brilliant ‘Anything In Return‘ album.
Last week, Toro Y Moi shared the video for ‘Say That,’ the second single to be taken from his eagerly anticipated new album ‘Anything In Return.’ It’s a suitably funky jam and you simply must love his awkward dancing in the wilderness.
Are you liking the sound of Toro Y Moi’s latest effort?
Toro Y Moi is gearing up to release his third studio album ‘Anything In Return,’ we shared the first single ‘So Many Details’ a few weeks ago, and now we have a set of stylish visuals to accompany the fabulous track. Chaz is cool as a cucumber throughout the clip and totally unfazed by the luxuries surrounding him…
A few days ago, Toro Y Moi dropped “So Many Details”, the first single to be taken from his forthcoming album “Anything In Return”, due for release on January 22nd. It’s an impossibly smooth funk track that will surely delight fans of his previous work and newcomers alike!
Those that purchased the deluxe vinyl edition of Neon Indian‘s new album Era Extrana were treated to a bonus mix tape! The 48-minute collection of songs are most likely what Alan Palomo was listening to during the album recording sessions.
